Ever have that lurking feeling that something is wrong with you?
Do you run through past conversations in your head, wishing that you had said or done something different?
Do you feel like you need to edit yourself to stay likeable or even loveable?
How we “do relationship” results from beliefs around who we have to be
to deserve love and connection.
But—
What if you could be your true Self, and deeply know that
YOU,
in all your messy humanity,
absolutely deserve love and connection?
Group work offers self-transformation through the power of relationship. Because much of our self loathing came as a result of painful moments in relationship, the most profound healing happens in relationship.
Group gathers together a cohort of peers willing to collectively dive into self-healing while supporting each other to do the same.
The process of releasing the belief that there’s something inextricably wrong with us is the process of becoming an unashamed, unapologetic, vibrant, and gloriously messy Human
It’s Time.
“We can’t do it alone…we are not capable of healing in isolation. We need other people…we are hurt in relationship and we heal in relationship”
Dr. Diane Poole Heller The Power of Attachment: How to Create deep and Lasting Intimate Relationships

“Group has given me a laboratory to show up differently, free to experiment and make mistakes and do things that are new for me…It has transformed both my relationship with Self and with others—my husband, kids, clients, colleagues, and wider audiences. I cannot thank you enough!
I recommend group most highly to others who are willing to try investing in creating meaningful change.”

So how does group work, exactly?
In group there is time for movement, time for dyad (2 people) or triad (3 people) work, time for work in the larger group, and time for closure. The group of peers creates a safe and supportive space in which participants can help each other, and learn more about themselves in relationship to each other. The facilitator creates the general structure for the process, guiding activities and proposing interventions intended to support participants in making their own connections about how they get in their own way.

Outside? In Seattle?!
If there’s been an upside to the pandemic, it’s been the resulting discovery that being outdoors not only solves a lot of virus transmission issues, but that it also fosters aliveness and vitality in people. While some of the work happens inside, the majority of group work takes place under a beautiful sheltered pavilion that keeps people dry during any precipitation. Heaters and a natural gas fire bowl help provide warmth from the chill. The fresh air oxygenates and enlivens the experience, and a waterfall provides sound privacy. We will move, use our voices, and dance. Doing all of this outdoors is such a glorious treat when so much of our lives during the Fall, Winter, and Spring are spent indoors in the PNW.
“I loved being outside – it allowed us to feel the energy of beautiful outdoor space: birds, plants, wind chimes gently knocking, the fire, the feeling of the stones beneath our feet. For me, the space felt like another “being” in our group.”
Pricing: $225 per Saturday session
